These terms and conditions apply to coaching services provided by Brighter Days Kids Coaching (part of Stephanie Hall Coaching, "we", "us", "our") and to your use of this website. By booking a session or using this website you agree to these terms.
We provide coaching for children, teens and families using the Ollie Method and NLP techniques. Coaching is not therapy, counselling or medical treatment, and is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care. If your child needs urgent or specialist support, please contact your GP or an appropriate healthcare professional.
All coaching with children and young people requires the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must attend the initial discovery session. Sessions may take place online or in person as agreed.
Sessions must be booked in advance and are confirmed on receipt of payment unless otherwise agreed. Prices are listed on this website and may change; the price agreed at the time of booking will apply.
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full. If we need to cancel a session, we will offer an alternative time or a full refund for that session.
What is discussed in coaching sessions is confidential. However, we have safeguarding obligations: if we believe a child or other person is at risk of harm, we may need to share information with the appropriate authorities. We hold an Enhanced DBS check and follow safeguarding best practice at all times.
Coaching works best when clients engage openly and practise the tools and techniques between sessions. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as results depend on each individual and their circumstances.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability in connection with the coaching services is limited to the fees paid for the sessions concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
