When worry takes over

Tummy aches before school. Sleepless nights. Meltdowns over things that seem small. Endless "what ifs". If your child is struggling with anxiety, you'll know how quickly it can affect the whole family — and how helpless it can feel when nothing you say seems to make the worry go away.

You don't have to wait until things get worse, and you don't have to sit on a long waiting list. Coaching can help your child understand their anxious feelings and give them practical tools they can use for life.

Signs your child may be struggling with anxiety

  • Avoiding school, clubs or social situations they used to enjoy
  • Frequent tummy aches, headaches or feeling sick with no medical cause
  • Trouble falling asleep, nightmares or wanting to sleep with you
  • Constant reassurance-seeking and "what if" questions
  • Anger, meltdowns or shutting down when overwhelmed
  • Perfectionism and fear of getting things wrong

How coaching helps

Using the Ollie Method and NLP, I help children see anxiety not as something wrong with them, but as a superpower that has become a bit too strong. In relaxed, interactive sessions we explore what their worry is trying to protect them from, then practise simple techniques to dial it down — so your child feels in control of their emotions instead of controlled by them.

Many children achieve results in as little as 1–3 sessions. Sessions are available in person in Haddenham, near Ely and Cambridge, or online across the UK. I work with children under 12 and teenagers.
